Lender and Plan Selection

 

Thoroughbred has introduced a service that, at the top end, provides a fully automated plan selection procedure for brokers across a range of Lenders and Plans. As part of this procedure all lender criteria and plan information are maintained on behalf of individual brokers. This means that brokers can choose to use the service at various levels ranging from Individual Plan Maintenance to Fully Automated Underwriting.

Information maintained is as follows:

  • Lender Repayment Rates (Tested & verified with lender examples)

  • Insurance (All combinations of Single & Double Life and PPP)

  • Plan Select Criteria (Standard & Lender Specific Parameters)

  • Broker Specials (Plans Maintained on Behalf of Brokers)


    • This service can be used in conjunction with almost any commercial processing system. Information is either delivered via XML, or automatically integrated with Advances, Stella or other applications entered using Thoroughbred's Web Solution for Application Entry.
